Chrondroprotec 1000 mg/vial - Neogen is used as a topical wound dressing on partial and full thickness wounds, secreting and bleeding dermal lesions, 1st and 2nd degree burns, pressure ulcers, surgical incisions, donor sites, venous stasis ulcers. Indicated for dogs, cats and horses.
Chrondroprotec is indicated for:
- Partial and full thickness wounds
- Secreting and bleed dermal lesions
- 1st and 2nd degree burns
- Surgical incisions
- Donor sites
- Venous stasis ulcers
Federal law restricts this devise to sale by or on the other of a licensed veterinarian.
Directions For Use:
- Irrigate wound site with sterile water or normal saline.
- Apply Chondroprotec liberally to wound surface by either pouring contents of vial onto site or dispensing from a syringe.
- Cover with gauze or a non-adherent dressing (Telfa pad).
- Subsequent applications of Chondroprotec can be injected through the dressing as to not disturb the wound bed.
- Reapply Chondroprotect daily and redress wound site every 5-7 hours or as needed.
Not for food animal use.
Storage: Store at room temperature.
