Lipo-Form Chewable Tablets are a supplementary dietary source of the lipotropic factors Choline and Methionine for dogs.

Directions:
Feed free choice, from the hand or crumble and mix into the food.  The usual daily dose is 1 to 2 tablets per 10 kilograms (22 pounds) of body weight.  Caution:  Avoid prolonged excessive dosage administration.  In rare cases animals may experience gastrointestinal irritation.  In the event of stomach upset, administer tablets during or after feeding.
