Dechra MalAcetic Otic Cleanser is a multicleanse 2% acetic and 2% boric acid solution with surfactants. For use in dogs and cats as an ear cleaning and drying agent when bacterial and/or fungal infections are present.
MalAcetic Otic is a unique, all natural, environmentally sensitive solution designed for routine ear cleaning and drying.
Contains
2% Acetic Acid and 2% Boric Acid with surfactants. Available in 4 oz, 8 oz, 16 oz.
Directions
Shake well. Apply liberally to the ear canal, gently but firmly massage the base of the ear. Use a cotton ball to remove excess solution. Repeat as necessary or as directed by a veterinarian. As a maintenance, particularly with a history of chronic infections due to yeast, use once to twice weekly.
Precautions
If undue skin irritation develops or increases, discontinue use and consult a veterinarian. Do not use on severely traumatized or irritated skin.
